Here is what to know about minimum orders, delivery, subscriptions, meal changes, and food handling.
Is there a minimum meal order?
Yes. Every pre-order must include at least five meals. You can mix and match available meals and quantities from the current menu.
How much does meal delivery cost?
Delivery is available for a $10 flat fee. You can also select an available pickup location during checkout.
When do subscription orders renew?
Subscription orders renew at midnight on Wednesday, regardless of whether you select delivery or pickup. Make any changes or skip the week before the renewal deadline.
Can I skip, pause, or cancel my subscription?
Yes. Log in to your account to manage your subscription. You will also receive a weekly text reminder that allows you to skip an upcoming order. Subscriptions can be canceled through your profile.
Can I change my meals each week?
Yes. You can change your meal choices, adjust quantities, and mix and match available menu items before the ordering deadline. Your completed order must still contain at least five meals.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
No. Many customers leave a cooler with ice packs outside for their delivery. If you live in an apartment or secured building, include clear access instructions in your order notes.
How are the meals kept cold during delivery?
Orders are transported in a commercial refrigerated van to keep the meals cool until they reach your delivery address.
Can meals be customized for allergies?
Coalition Kitchen cannot customize individual meals. The menu includes different options and provides nutrition information, but all food is prepared in a facility where allergen cross-contact may occur. Review the meal information carefully before ordering if you have a food allergy.
