Yes. You can manage your subscription at any time by logging into your account. You’ll also receive a weekly text reminder that allows you to skip your order in just a couple of clicks. You can cancel anytime through your profile.
Yes. You can update your cart, change quantities, or mix and match any of our 40+ items at any time, as long as your order includes at least 5 items.
All subscriptions renew at midnight on Wednesdays, regardless of your fulfillment selection.

No. Most customers leave a cooler with ice packs at their door. If you live in an apartment or secure-access area, please include delivery instructions in your order notes.
All orders are delivered in a commercial refrigerated van to keep food cool and fresh until it reaches you.
Delivery times vary depending on the route each week. You can text us on the day of your delivery for an estimated arrival window at (984)-206-3671. We are unable to accommodate specific delivery time requests.

We currently deliver to roughly 100 ZIP codes in the Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill areas, as well as Selma/Smithfield, Kinston, and Goldsboro.
Our Grab & Go fridges are located in premium gym and fitness facilities across North Carolina. Visit our Grab & Go page for locations, hours, and menus.

We are unable to customize meals, but we design our menu to include a variety of options that consider common allergens. In some cases, ingredients like sauces may be packaged separately so they can be omitted. All items are produced in a facility where cross contact with allergens may occur.
We offer a variety of entrees designed to fuel performance, including a Low Carb menu. Many items are also available in bulk so you can create your own meals or portions.
While we are not certified gluten-free, we do our best to ensure that we offer a variety of gluten-free options and enforce appropriate food handling procedures to minimize cross contact of ingredients and allergens.

We are currently exploring adding our menu items to apps like Cronometer and MyFitnessPal.
Our philosophy is to only use ingredients that you could reasonably go out into nature or the world and extract yourself; or at least recognize. We make our entire menu with wholesome ingredients that you can pronounce and wouldn’t need a lab to recreate on your own.
Meals have an expiration date of 7 days from preparation. They are rapidly cooked and cooled to maintain freshness. Meals can also be frozen in their containers, and we recommend enjoying them within 6 months for best quality.
We rotate roughly half of our menu every month.

Remove the lid and microwave for 2–3 minutes. Meals can also be reheated in a skillet or air fryer, depending on your preference.
Our meals are packaged in BPA-free plastic containers that are microwave safe, dishwasher safe, freezer safe, and fully recyclable. The trays are made from #5 recyclable polypropylene, which is accepted by most residential recycling services.
Yes. We offer an environmentally friendly reusable bag for deliveries and pickups.

You only pay for the food. Delivery is available for a $10 flat fee. There is no cost to set up a subscription.
